We've been growing peppers in Durham since 2017. Ten medals at the NC Hot Sauce Festival in three years. The Carolina Zinger is something different — the first sauce we built from the ground up for a specific occasion: ballpark food.

Hot dogs, burgers, chicken tenders, pretzels — stadium food has always deserved better than ketchup. The Zinger brings Carolina heat and a vinegar backbone sharp enough to cut through a loaded basket of fries. Nothing added. Nothing hidden.
